PICTURE BOOK FUNDAMENTALS COURSE (PBFC)

Persons purchasing the course are mentioned here as ‘student-members’ and Inda Ahmad Zahri is mentioned as ‘instructor.’

The Picture Book Fundamentals Course (PBFC) will run online for 8 weeks, from 1 June to 28 July 2026. The pre-recorded video modules will be hosted on a special PBFC Mighty Networks platform, where student-members can also access additional resources, participate in course discussion and communicate with instructor and fellow student-members in a community setting. Weekly live sessions will be hosted on Zoom, and also accessible via the Mighty Networks platform.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Community is a big part of our journey in writing and publishing, and I encourage student-members to be kind, friendly, and generous.

By participating in the community, you agree to the following:

  1. Be respectful to all fellow student-members.
  2. Differing opinions can enrich us, however, name-calling, rude comments, and hate speech will not be allowed. As moderator, the instructor will endeavour to resolve disputes, and reserves the right to remove any student-members from the community.
  3. Refrain from promoting your products, services or affiliate links, unless specifically invited to do so.
  4. Inappropriate comments or posts will be removed from admin, followed by a discussion with student-member about why this decision was made.
  5. Plagiarism and sabotage are firmly forbidden.
  6. Student-members are encouraged to nurture a kind, supportive and creative environment.

Violation of community guidelines may result in removal without refund.

REFUNDS

While I’ve made every effort to provide value for your investment, I understand that this course will not be suitable for everyone. If you feel the course is not for you, this is how to proceed:

As part of the 7-day money back guarantee, a full refund will be issued to student-member if requested before Sunday 7 June, 1pm Malaysian time.

You will need to provide the following:

(1) Evidence of participating in Module 1: completion of at least 1 part of the 3-part homework assignment.

(2) Reason why the course is not for you: you can make this as short or long as you like; honest feedback is greatly appreciated.

Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.

After the refund windows ends, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the full course fee, whether or not you complete the program.

Payment Plan Policy

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to the following:

  • Payments are automatically charged on the same day each month.
  • If you don’t request a refund by Sunday 7 June, 1pm Malaysian time, and provide the required coursework, you are legally obligated to complete all payments.
  • If a payment fails, your access may be removed from the course and bonuses. Reinstatement occurs once payments are complete of a new plan is arranged.
  • Failure to pay will result in the debt being pursued through necessary means.
  • By selecting the payment plan, you agree to have the payment method used at signup automatially charged on the scheduled dates until the balance is paid in full.
  • The payment plan is not a subscription or membership and cannot be cancelled after Sunday 7 June 1pm Malaysian time. It is a commitment to pay the full course fee.

COPYRIGHT

Content: All content (videos, workbooks, course written content, audio and otherwise) in the course is the sole property of Inda Ahmad Zahri. Students enrolled in the course may view, print, download and consume content. This content may not be shared with outside parties. If you share it with outside parties you will be immediately removed from the course and we will pursue possible further legal action.

Images and artwork: All artwork, video, and graphics used on this platform are either 1) owned by, photographed by, or created by Inda Ahmad Zahri. If Inda Ahmad Zahri does not hold the copyright for any media it shall be credited as such.  

CHANGES

The instructor reserves the right to change the date and timings of course events, including live sessions, if required. The instructor reserves the right to update course content and/or change the platform on which the course is hosted if required.

LIFETIME ACCESS

Student-members will have lifetime access to the course content, and ongoing access to the most updated versions of the modules. If the course moves away from the current Mighty Network platform in the future, student-members will be given access to a new platform, or to the course content files.

PRIVACY POLICY

indabinda.com will not share any personal details, contact details, posts, photos, comments, writing or art of any student-members to any other public forum without consent. Student-members may be asked to provide an honest feedback, testimonial or review during or after the course, which will only be shared publicly with permission.
